loFT LLC has absorbed its subsidiary Lorchestra Inc. and assumed all its rights and obligations. Lorchestra Inc. has been dissolved.

We established Lorchestra Inc. in November 2020 and consolidated it into loFT LLC after reviewing our business structure.
